Main duties
- Initiate and coordinate group-wide operational improvement programs which address productivity of field force and general operations or allow to improve asset productivity (Sales / Vending Machine)
- Directly manage projects or pilots in individual country organizations (project management)
- Identify new technologies which can be applied to achieve step-changes in field force productivity, and oversee their roll out as the link between Operations, R&D and Purchasing (program management) incl. tracking of roll out progress
- Define KPIs to monitor productivity and quality of operations of different countries and identify improvement areas
- Secure sharing of industry best practices across country organizations
Professional competence
- Consultant in major consulting company (Project Manager, 3-4 years)
- Alternatively, strong track record managing operational improvement projects in an organization with distributed field forces
- Engineering or business degree
Profile
- Strong drive and performance orientation
- Proven ability to manage international projects across different functions
- Good understanding of business processes and affinity for technology & applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Multilingual: English and German (must), French (a plus)
