Main duties
Within the strategic ERP project at Selecta, you assume the role of the business analyst for the business domains logistics, purchasing and production. In this role, you act as coordinator between business stakeholders and solution vendors. Assessing requirements from the business and recommend solutions based on the selecta ERP system in close cooperation with the vendor belongs to your core responsibilities in this role. By this you drive a process centric design of the new solution, supported by modelling and documenting the new process. During systems implementation you are responsible for:
- Lead or support the activities of data migration
- Key user training
- Testing and migration
- Support the pilot ERP implementation in switzerland and subsequent rollout to the selected European companies
- Managing the local gap/fit analysis and required adaptations within the business domain of logistics, purchasing and production
Professional competence
- Bachelor or university degree in IT or Business Administration
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3, SAP)
- Proven experience in the logistics, warehousing, distribution, purchasing and production business
- Work experience in international projects
- Experience in process engineering / modelling

- Strong presentations skills
- Fluent written and spoken Englisch and German, Italian would be a plus
